The gammon types do know that their faces will get eaten, the important thing to them is that the people they hate will have their faces eaten even more. That’s what happens when your life revolves around hating others.

I’m Indian and among my parents’ generation, there is a lot of colourism. White skin is the ideal. They look down on darker skinned people even within our own ethnicity (I was never called pretty, unlike my lighter skinned sisters, because I got the dark genes). That’s a whole other discussion though.

They fall for right wing propaganda easily, like anti-EU immigration, antivaxx, etc. My parents used to watch GB News and talktv unironically.

Here in the UK, sadly I can name two prominent ethnically Indian MAGA-type MPs: Suella Braverman and Priti Patel. Both nasty pieces of work.
