  • Honestly, I’m wondering who collapses first- republicans or democrats.

Right now it looks like it’s gonna be dems, because at least half them are willing to sit at the table with fucking Nazis.

They seem to think they can just keep their heads down and it’ll blow over.

They’ve been letting the republicans nibble off bits and bobs for decades and seem to think this bullshit will just end.

The good news is… it will. But first all the immigrants, the lgbtq+ (starting with trans,); all the progressives and educated people will have been killed off.

And no. I’m not exaggerating. That’s the way fascism works. They keep blaming scapegoats until there’s nothing left and then the fascists fracture, blaming each other.

  • Maybe we shouldn’t have to harass people into doing their FUCKING JOBS

Start opposing republicans, stop giving them wins. Start demanding concessions- extensive and painful ones- to get your help.

Stop acting like you’re all adults, the other side is a bunch of toddlers and should be called out for their rampant bullshit. From the committees, from the podium. From every pulpit you can use.

This bullshit “we didn’t get a supermajority so we can’t do anything more than send rude letters” attitude is exactly why you’re out of power.

People want solutions- even bad ones. People don’t care if those solutions are awful. They don’t care if Trump is insane, they’re tired of the status quo and y’all have been the party of the status quo.

do something because if you don’t we’re going to have another 4+ years of this shit while the dnc collapses and becomes something else.

  • -he’s moved to the right on immigration reform, going so far as to had republicans legislation that is basically what they wanted.

-Israel. Genocide. Basically sucking Netanyahu off like a goober.

-failed his promise to protect voting rights.

-failed his promise to codify RvW.

-the environmental/climate change is mostly corporate subsidies; the progressive stuff in the passed legislation wasn’t his. It was pushed for by progressive congresspeople.

-his economy is really only benefiting corporations and rich people, the average American is still hurting… not that he’s noticed… he seems to think we’re all corporations and rich people they way he talks.
