Realistically, if the DNC instead ostracized AOC and members like her from the party, would other organizations with enough national reach really form in its place? Maybe yes, maybe no if you asked me but it’s not a given that it would.

What’s your proof of the owner class keeping AOC as a token DNC member? AOC was duly elected in New York in a primary and election when her competitor massively outraised her campaign.

I agree that the DNC is very entrenched and it’s not going to move left on its own, but it’s really up to more progressives to launch Democratic campaigns across the country. I need evidence before I buy the idea that AOC asked for special permission from oligarchs/party seniors.

The DEI&A, wokeness, Biden’s green new deal, Obamacare, CRT, socialism and communism and every vilified “liberal” word was for your benefit all along, Republicans. In fact you are the diversity, you are what big government was made to help, and now your life is being torn down by Trump, exactly as your MAGA-supporting ass asked for. Your average Republican voter, I can understand consternation about their livelihoods under the oppression coming from the party they identify with.

Political leaders like Murkowski, at this point unless they start putting words into action against Trump, Musk and MAGA, I will stop caring about Republican whining because, other than the words “I love DEI&A, CRT, wokeness, LGBTQIA+ and immigrants. Biden brought these jobs here and Trump is taking it away”, they are meaningless to me now.

Musk has all the money in the world but has no real friends. He doesn’t know what the value of anything other than money means, that’s why these expenditures are nothing but waste to him.

Even if many could not vote, they attended rallies, decorated their front lawns with Trump flags, and took to social media to support the man they thought would prioritize removing Nicolás Maduro from power.

Wait what? Who gave the Venezuelans this idea that Trump would do that? He has a solid years-long record of cozying up to dictators, and Maduro is one. I did find a couple statements imploring Maduro not to mess with the opposition Machado but not much else.
