DOGE offers severance packages to a bunch of people and then gets the agency they are targeting dragged into expensive legal challenges.

Republicans (looking at the sum of those expenses): look how much these federal agencies have cost us! It’s outrageous!

Wouldn’t surprise me if the person administering the test was also paid under the table by Musk Snr to make sure Elon’s result looked better than it actually was.

I’m convinced they are doing this in preparation for the negative impacts of climate change (which of course they publicly claim doesn’t exist). It’s flagrant theft from and disenfranchisement of the working and middle classes. The mega rich are hoarding as much stolen wealth as they can, so they can live in secure ivory towers.

They don’t give a shit about anyone else. Including their own descendents when it comes down to it.
